Guided walk tour with naturalist and ornithologist
Thursday at 5pm (duration approx. 1.30 hour) meeting time can be anticipated in August to guarantee the best light for the evening tour.
Meeting at restaurant Havana with the ornithologist, expert guide and very knowledgeable of this enchanting environment. We enter the Valle where straight away we can admire the real forest, a prodigious harmony of flora and fauna where we can peacefully stroll for three kilometers. Walk fit for everyone. We visit “Motteron dei Frati” the highest point of the valley and the ancient ant hill, we meet the ponies and the goats, we also see the beehives. We look out on small lakes of the Valle where swans, ducks and birds of various species cohabit: a unique scenery!
Inside Valgrande we discover the oldest historic traces of Bibione: the archeological remains of a Roman maritime villa, uncovered in ’90 which with its mosaics and history narrates a millennial past.
